I'm BaaaaaaAAAAcckk!!!

Just Moved to Boston and Love it up here. Its been a long while that I have posted a sketch, but I look forward to sharing more of my interests and views on plain paper. I would like to share some more of my interests around wine and design, and that is a love for bicycles of all kinds. Why? Because of the history, technology, the passion not only for riding, but the craft in building each component from the frame all the way to the type of bolt. I like to in some way, build my own prototype bike components. I have a crazy fascination for shape and function. Anyway, here are some of my newest sketches......Oh by the way did I mention I'm trying a wonderful Pinot Grigio called KRIS. Its a 2008 Delle Venezie from Appiano Italy. Very clean finish, with a ever so slight hint of liquorice. Always keep in mind.....fun design with a great taste of wine!!

Just a Tuesday Evening:

I had to bring home work with me this evening.  Oh well.  I do have a light pile of sketches I have from my office to show.  I love to sketch product ideas if you haven't gathered that yet.  Just finished a bottle of pinot noir.  It turned out to be very simple in palette.  Not to complex.  And for $15.99, (not including tax,) it's not too bad.  This pinot noir is from Chimney Creek from South Island, New Zealand 2007.  Anyway, it tasted fairly well with my sushi and salmon roe.  Ok.  Until next time, keep passion for design with a great bottle of wine!

Lets Begin:

This is my first entry of many.  What I'm out to do with this blog is to share my passion for two of my forvorite things, and they are designing apparel and.................wine.  For those who know me, I can hear family and friends saying right now, "whats new?!"  Anyway,  I will post my hand sketches and original illustrations for inspiration, critique and or responses.  And on top of that, I will share with you my experiences with wine I enjoy, (and not enjoy,)  every evening, (or every other evening,) while sitting at my table sketching and searching out the forever expanding world wide web in search of great inspirational apparel brands, and product I find beautiful.  I hope you will enjoy the experience as much as do.
